2.1. What are the purposes and legal bases of processing your data as a job candidate?
Your personal data to the extent specified in the Polish Labour Law will be processed in order to conduct the current recruitment procedure (on the basis of article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR); other data submitted in the application, including contact details and your facial image will be processed on the basis of your consent (article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
If you agree to it (by marking a suitable check-box on the form), Beta District will process your personal data also in the subsequent employee recruitments (on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR), the consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Your data collected in the current recruitment procedure will be kept until the procedure is completed. If you consent to the use of your personal data in future recruitment procedures, your personal data shall be processed in the period of twenty-four months after the completion of the recruitment process.

Your personal data recipient will be BGL HK Limited with registered seat in Hong Kong and Game Theory Research Limited with registered seat in London. Besides we use Greenhouse Software, Inc. and Google software to conduct reqruitment processes.
The personal data provided by you may be transferred to the following third countries (outside the European Economic Area): the United States and the Hong Kong SAR. The transfer of data to the United States takes place within the Privacy Shield program, whose participants are entities processing data on behalf of Beta District. The transfer of data to the Hong Kong SAR takes place under standard data protection clauses adopted by the EU Commission. Insight into these clauses is available at Beta District headquarters.
2.4 Why do you need to provide data?
Providing personal data within the scope resulting from art. 22 (1) of the Polish Labour Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Any other data provided by you is voluntary.
