Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a talent sourcer/ in-bound recruitment marketer to join our team in Poznan, helping to source and engage with the best technology talent in Poland and further afield.

Our approach to recruitment is centred around engaging with the right technology communities, highlighting why our employees choose to work here and how the platform can help groom an individual's chosen career path.

Unlike the vast majority recruitment roles, this is not the sort of gig where you are expected to be a simple phone jockey, crunching out calls (and LinkedIn requests) in order to satisfy some arbitrary KPIs e.g. number of calls made/ CVs sourced etc.

The right person will have their own ideas and potential strategies centred around the themes of Attraction, Conversion and Engagement. You will also have your own benchmark as to where the bar is set for Candidate Experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with some of the strongest software engineering and technology teams in the world.
  • Collaboration with an experienced international Talent team cultivating knowledge & idea sharing and support.
  • The flexibility to implement your own strategies, experimenting with what works allowing you to hone your own style


  • A demonstrable passion for technology, you are genuinely interested in talking the talk and engaging with like-minded individuals
  • A desire to discover and court the best and brightest talent who most-importantly embrace our values.
  • Ideas around content creation, employer branding and networking (even if these require help to evolve into actual strategies).
  • Self-driven, open-minded, with proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity and understanding of local employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English and Polish.
